Customer Service Representatives are the first people our customers talk to. You'll help with installation, updates, account access and licensing through Discord and support tickets, collect clear bug reports, and pass billing or advanced problems to the right person.

Responsibilities

Software troubleshooting and installation help
Discord and support ticket assistance
Account sign-in and license guidance
Billing and refund escalation to management
Basic Windows 10 / 11 technical support
Documenting issues and following up with customers

Qualifications

Clear, friendly written English
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
Patience and respect with frustrated customers
A reliable Windows PC and internet connection
Customer service or tech support experience is a plus, not a requirement
