Installation problems
Windows blocks the installer, the download fails, or setup will not finish.
Windows SmartScreen or Smart App Control blocks the installer
The 2.0.10 Windows packages are not digitally signed, so Windows may show Unknown Publisher or block them. This is expected for unsigned software. Check the file's SHA-256 against the published value before you run it.
Do not turn off Windows Security or add broad exclusions to get past this warning.
The download will not save or the hash does not match
- Download again from biglousoptimizations.com; the Download page rebuilds the file from its published parts and checks the SHA-256 before saving it.
- If the hash still differs, do not run the file and contact support.
Setup does not finish
- Run the installer again and accept the Terms of Service page.
- Make sure you are using 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.
- Contact support with the exact message you see.
