Verify your download (SHA-256)
Check the installer's hash in PowerShell.
Open PowerShell and run Get-FileHash on the downloaded file, then compare the Hash it prints with the published value on the Documentation page. The exact commands and hashes for the current release are listed in the Installation Guide on the Documentation page.
If the values differ, delete the file and download it again. Do not run it.
